Are we able to duplicate a current change order within a project to create a new one? We have a recent project with multiple cos, and our sales rep would like to know if he can duplicate to make it easier to create new CO’s 

Invoice emails are not sending at all. They show up under the email sent log, but there is no time or date for sending. Has anyone had this issue, or know how to fix?

Can you create a work ticket for one time service without having to create an opportunity and win it first? 

I have recently been spending some time trying to better understand what is possible with Advanced Search formulas, and I am curious to hear what others have created and are actively using.Most of my world lives in scheduling and work tickets, so anything that helps visualize workload or organize the schedule better is extremely helpful.One formula that has been a big help for me was creating a way to see scheduled visits grouped by week. It has made reviewing workload and planning much easier.Example:Formula Name: Work Ticket WeekDATEPART(WEEK, [ScheduledStartDate])Once grouped, it allows me to quickly see visits by week and drill down into the details. I’ve had a few people comment that when a task is assigned to them, it isn’t showing up automatically. I understand having a delay, but for some, it takes 24+ hours.Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Hi All,Wondering if anyone can speak to how they work through adding a fuel surcharges to invoices on fixed price open billing opportunities. Our surcharge contract wording is a percentage on each invoice. I understand there is a simple way to do this on contracts and T/M invoices. Last time we did this, we were adding change orders every time we needed to send an invoice. Any feedback on how others are working through this would be helpful! Thank you!

In the past we used a software that allowed the foreman each morning to access a drop down menu and select their crew for the day. This was very flexible and one of my hopes for aspire. Any chance this could be an option in the near future for an update?

We send our maintenance opportunities with optional services listed.  When a client approves the contract and selects optional services, we want the optional services to be invoiced per service, different than the maintenance opportunity that is invoiced monthly.  There should be a way to make this happen without resetting the opportunity to bidding and losing the customer's signature (it’s not ideal to download it and then reattach after “winning” it.). Is this something Aspire is working on?

Hi Guys,We are integrating with the Aspire API. We have successfully implemented creating an Opportunity via API. However, we are now blocked on the following three operations:1. Create an Estimate under an existing Opportunity via API2. Update the Estimate status to Complete3. Update the Estimate status to WonWe reviewed the full API documentation at https://guide.youraspire.com/apidocs but could not find any endpoints that support these operations under the Opportunity module.Could anyone from the community or Aspire team please confirm:- Is there an API endpoint to create an Estimate under an existing Opportunity?- Is there an API endpoint to update the Estimate status to Complete?- Is there an API endpoint to update the Estimate status to Won?- If these are not currently supported, is this on the product roadmap and what is the expected release timeline?This is currently blocking our integration development. Hey all, I have a ticket list I want to create using an opportunity tag. The tag in question is “2026 Landscaping Contract” which is applied to all of our full service contracts. When I filter for that tag in opportunities, I receive many results. When I filter for that tag in work tickets with no other filters, I receive only a fraction of the tickets I should receive. When I change the filter to “2025 Landscaping Contract”, I receive the rest of the tickets I should receive, and furthermore, drilling into individual opportunities, they do not have the 2025 tag applied, but 2026.  2026 Landscaping Contract Filters + Results2025 Landscaping Contract Filters + ResultsScreenshot of Opportunity shown in 2025 results showing lack of 2025 tag Am I missing something or is this a bug?

I am trying to call and or text clients based on aging. However, none of the lists i can generate in invoicing offer phone number as a display or filter option. Is this an Aspire setting or something unique to our setup? If there is a way to include the phone number field in invoicing reports/lists, can someone share the steps to do so? I’d be so grateful for your help!

How is everyone else getting rid of pending invoices in invoice assistant that were generated, then had to be changed and regenerated? This is junking up our invoice assistant and causing problems. I can’t believe its’ not possible to void, archive, tag and filter, delete, something so we don’t have to manually review every one of these each month.

On P&L monthly reports: I can only see the data for last month, but I need to look at the month prior to that. How can I navigate to older monthly reports in the system?

How is everyone tracking employee accrued PTO and managing requests for PTO? We use QB online for payroll and utilize an accrual-based PTO system, which is tracked in QB. However, since we have no need for the time tracking feature in QB thanks to the Aspire Mobile app, we have to utilize an entirely different resource for submitting and approving time off requests. The app we have been using for the last couple years is called DayOff. While it is simple to use and convenient for the crew, it has become a PITA to keep each employee’s accrued and remaining time off balance up to date, as the app does not sync with QB. Has anyone found an easier way to deal with keeping track of time off balances and requests? 

How do you print a receipt after a customer has made a payment? We’ve tried the knowledge base, which tells us to click on the payment, go to the three dots, and select print, but there is no print. We have Refund, Void, or Delete. Surely there is a way??

“How are you handling OUPS/Underground Utility Marking in Aspire? Has anyone found a way to include that information at the Property or Opportunity Level?”

I have a contract where I am wanting to add some additional hours to the contract for things that I do not anticipate. This has to be included in the fixed monthly payment, so as-needed tickets only work if they are $0.00. So where can I store those hours? I don’t really want to fluff up other service hours for this, I’d like it to be its own line-item.

We perform irrigation site audits to help clients understand the condition of their systems and identify improvements or repair needs.The value of the audit itself is strong, but the creation and delivery process is where we are struggling a bit.Right now: Building each report takes time Delivering it to the client feels clunky and also takes time The follow-through is not as streamlined as we would like I recently started digging into Aspire reporting options and noticed the ability to create work ticket reports that would pull visit notes. Ideally, we would love the ability to: Include structured notes Automatically pull in photos Possibly attach a PDF version of the report And have a bulk-send option when needed Has anyone successfully built a clean, client-facing property condition or irrigation audit report using Aspire?I would also genuinely love to hear success stories around site audits in general. Hello everyone!I am trying to find a way to hide specific services on an opportunity proposal. For example, I would like to be able to hide labor and labor rates when sending proposals and not have it be itemized. Has anyone created a layout in Web Report Designer that allows for this? Any help is appreciated!

How are you using the Service Logs in Aspire for your fleet? Do you have one person input the data? The Driver? What is your system for tracking and documenting the process? 

In PA and maybe other states, we have a list of people who registered as Hyper Sensitive to pesticides.  These individuals require a minimum days notice to applications.  Is any one aware of a feature in Aspire or product that integrates with Aspire that checks my active customer list against properties on the registry?  At current I have type each address into a website to see if there is a hyper close enough that requires contact.

is it possible to export the aspire schedule into a google calendar? 

My team is new to Aspire just using the software for a couple of months now.  We are looking to find a trainer in the software that can help us with a few questions we have with the work tickets, appointments, opportunities, and invoicing.

Hi,We're building an integration with the Aspire API and noticed that the /Opportunities endpoint only shows GET and POST methods in the documentation.We need to update existing opportunities (change status, estimated dollars, close date, etc.) but we can't find an update endpoint.Questions:1. Is there a PUT or PATCH endpoint for Opportunities (e.g. PUT /Opportunities/{id})?2. If not, does POST /Opportunities with an existing OpportunityID act as an update?3. Is there any other recommended way to update an existing Opportunity via API?Thank you!
