Hey everyone, I'm looking to build a report that we can look at on Friday that shows all the properties that are scheduled to be serviced the following week And the contract is below a certain gross margin. That way, We have a concise list of properties that we're behind on that we can meet with the crew leader on Monday morning or throughout the week to try to tighten things up. Has anyone built a list like this?

Johnson County, Iowa has implemented a 1% Local Option Sales Tax, increasing the applicable rate from 6% to 7%.What is the recommended way to configure this in Aspire? Should we update the existing tax jurisdiction from 6% to 7%, or add a separate 1% local tax? The current tax jurisdiction field appears to be grayed out. Thank you.

Thank you! Be able to copy part of an opportunity to another opportunityIt would be handy if it was an option to copy from one opportunity to another existing opportunity without having to copy everything or create a new opportunity.An example would be an existing opportunity that has been estimated and submitted with a concrete driveway and the client asks about having pavers installed instead. You had another job almost exactly like this one with pavers so it would save a lot of time if you could copy the paver service and items along with the description and add it to the opportunity that needs the changes per the client's request. Right now there is no way to copy from parts of two different opportunities and make a new one.

We told a client that we would give them a substantial credit for choosing us as a return client. Their invoices was based on T&M and I want them to be able to see that we are giving them a credit. I can’t figure out how to apply the credit so that it is visible on the invoice though. We’ve done this with a past client and wrote on the invoice a credit of X amount would be applied but they paid the full amount anyways and we don’t know if they didn’t see the memo or didn’t want to chance having a balance. I would like to avoid that on this one and in the future by it showing up on the actual invoice. 

Hi Guys,We are integrating with the Aspire API. We have successfully implemented creating an Opportunity via API. However, we are now blocked on the following three operations:1. Create an Estimate under an existing Opportunity via API2. Update the Estimate status to Complete3. Update the Estimate status to WonWe reviewed the full API documentation at https://guide.youraspire.com/apidocs but could not find any endpoints that support these operations under the Opportunity module.Could anyone from the community or Aspire team please confirm:- Is there an API endpoint to create an Estimate under an existing Opportunity?- Is there an API endpoint to update the Estimate status to Complete?- Is there an API endpoint to update the Estimate status to Won?- If these are not currently supported, is this on the product roadmap and what is the expected release timeline?This is currently blocking our integration development. Any guidance, workaround, or documentation would be greatly appreciated.Th

Hello! Sometimes we have clients who are behind on payments and we want to pause services. Has anyone used the property availability to make it not available to schedule? For example, maybe you make the property only available to schedule on Sundays when we aren’t typically working? Just looking for some ideas to make this process smoother/more robust. The state of Texas requires specific information on every chemical application that I assume is probably required in other states that Aspire could help build. We need to be able to have Mobile Form information available to be Displayed in Work Tickets, or we need to have more options to be Displayed in the Mobile Forms portal.Rock The Vote WAP-I-3121​@LeahM 

I have some Credit card payments run through Aspire (process electronic payments) but declined. The invoices remain open and I can re-run the electronic payment but the $0.00 payments remain in payments and want to be deposited, I CANNOT delete them. I even created a deposit and it made a $0 deposit but they’re still sitting there in payments. How do I delete these so that they’re not sitting there annoying me for all eternity? Thanks!

My customer’s ACH payment bounced back from their bank. We are using FiServ.How do I “remove” the payment from their Invoice so it can be repaid? I am not able to deselect the invoice or the payment from each other. I am not able to delete the payment. The software has not introduced a negative payment to apply to anything. I also don’t want to just create a new invoice as that will create inaccurate revenue.
