We already created a PR and want to go back in and edit the items to reflect the correct quantity and cost. Is that possible?

In the Aspire opportunity proposal descriptions, and in emails the text changes size when I delete text and type.  Whenever I delete a block of text, the font resizes to 8 pt which I can barely read. But it’s inconvenient to resize over and over so I just live with tiny font until the documents are finished, or resize regularly.  So, I’m selecting all and setting the font size constantly if I want to be able to read the text. What is that, and what can I do please?  

Images inserted in to opportunity proposal descriptions resize in ways that are difficult to control and cause corrections.  When I resize images from the top right and move the cursor off of the images, they will not resize the same way again.  Thereafter, the top right corner only makes images smaller, and the bottom right corner makes them larger.  Then, if I move my  cursor off of the images and the toolbar shows up, the pictures will resize wildly, becoming stretched.  With no page breaks in the tools, or code editor I have to resize images a lot to get the PDFs to print right.  What is that, and how can I fix it please? 

Hi!I was wondering if there’s a way to get to the media within Marketing Pro without having to go through the campaign manager and edit content.  

Our company’s Installation Service names are fairly “general” as we provide a wide scope of services. If we had a specific service made for every service we provide, we would have an overwhelming amount of services in our catalog and would have to be making new ones all the time for niche services. This means that our Services named things like “Plant Installation”, “Hardscape Installation”, etc get used for many purposes, and we typically will change the Display Name and Service Abbreviation within Estimates to make it clearer what the Service is actually for. It also means that often Services like “Hardscape Installation” appear several times on the same estimate under different groups. This works fine for scheduling and proposing Opportunities to customers (because they use the Display and Abbreviation names), but when we get to Purchasing, the only option to add to any lists to denote what Service the items for purchase are associated with, is the Service Name (which like I said, a

I’d like to print the printed date on a Contract and can’t find how to.Anyone know?

Has this been changed? I’ve noticed since the last update I’m not getting an email alert from Issues when I reply to them now. This never use to be the case. Also I’m having an influx of co-workers state they are not getting issue notifications via emails at all anymore after the update. I tried reaching out to support regarding this and was just given the generic “make sure outlook is synced”. They have always been getting the emails, but they’ve just stopped. 

We are a full service landscape company that offers a discount for prepaying in full for fertilization and weed control at the beginning of the season.  What is best practice to handle this?  I understand that I have to manually enter the discounts via credit memos, but how do you keep track of the services the client has prepaid for?  For example, our clients can prepay for aeration.  How do you keep track of who prepays for aeration?  Notes???  Just seems super inefficient.   In our previous CRM, we could take a prepayment, apply it to the services they prepaid for and as those services were billed, the prepayment was automatically applied to those invoices (oh and it accounted for the prepay discount automatically).Aspire just seems clunky, as I have to manually enter credit memos for the discounted amount and then apply, along with applying the prepay credit memo to the invoice.

On an Opportunity Proposal, we want to show/output the Opportunity Name and Start and End dates of the opportunity as the title on the Proposal.We’ve created a calculated field...named “OpportunityNameAndDates” and entered the Expression as:  [OpportunityName] + Char(10) + '(' + [OpportunityStartDate] + ' - ' + [OpportunityEndDate] + ')'But this prints/outputs as:Opportunity Name(11/01/2025 00:00:00 - 04/30/2026 00:00:00)Would anyone know how we can drop the Time portion/display and get to:Opportunity Name(11/01/2025 - 04/30/2026)I’ve looked at and tried some of the functions available within the Expression Editor but can’t find extensive help for the Expression Editor.

When I update the cost of a material in the item catalog it does not show the updated price unless I click the + sign on allocation item cost and go into where we see all of the price changes the material has had. If I go estimate the material it will show the new updated cost. Is this a bug? 

The route optimization feature appears to now be working improperly.  It will state that the route has been optimized (after choosing the appropriate first/last stop), but every time I tested a route in which I knew what the optimized schedule should be and has been in the past, nothing happens and the route stays in the same incorrect order.

Is anyone using a 3rd party integration to send customer notifications? We want more customization for our customer notifications that can’t be done in Aspire, but customers are asking to recevie texts or emails. For example, some customers want notification for all services, some only want notifications on some services like irrigation or flowers, some want all services except mowing or weeding. In Aspire it’s all or nothing, so we can’t customize what service notifications are sent for one customer, without changing it for everyone. Is anyone having more success with this?  

Hello,I’m hoping to get some advice on managing our item catalog in Aspire. It’s been a pain point for us for several years now. When we started using Aspire back in 2019, we were still figuring things out, and unfortunately, a lot of users had access to add items (many of which weren’t accurate or consistent). We have since restricted access to only a few people.Fast forward to today: we’re sitting at around 8,500 active items (after deactivating about 3,000!), and we’re still struggling to keep pricing updated and the catalog organized. We’ve been considering the SiteOne integration, but we’re hesitant to bring in even more items given the current state of our database.So I’m curious:How do you manage your item catalog in Aspire? What best practices have worked for your team? Has anyone implemented the SiteOne integration successfully and found it helpful?Any insight or lessons learned would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance 😊

Has anyone had issues with crew leaders that were previously assigned to a route, sticking as the crew leader on future work tickets, even after changing the crew leader on the assigned route?… Even though that crew leader is not an active employee?

With creating a cloxk in or clockcout custom form can you choose who is required to receive it. For example I wanted to create a fuel log for fuel pumped at end of day. I added this as a clock out form.  But many of my employees won't need this form because they dont use company fuel. Is there a way to assign this form or a better way to create a fuel log ?I need fuel logged per crew leader /per rig

On the aspire platform dispatch page, we need to have ability where when we click on a vehicle, it will pull up Trip history data from our telematics portal (Geotab).Question 1: Is it possible to have the vehicle on aspire portal showing up as a hyperlynk that points to Geotab portal?Question 2: is it possible to build an addin (if Aspire has SDK) on the aspire portal, so that it can pop a window an automatically pull data from Geotab portal?I'm not sure if Aspire has any SDK we can develop add-ins on.

Looks like with the new update anytime you manually move a stop the entire scheduling board resets? How are things like this falling through the cracks when changes are made?   

Does anyone have any helpful advise on how to eliminate white space on a report designed with Web Report Designer?In other words, have you identified any likly culprits in the report formatting that can be adjusted to fix too much white space or white space in the wrong place?Thanks.
