We are considering linking a point of sale system into Aspire. Has anyone done this and have any pointers? At this point, Aspire does not integrate with any from what we understand. We would likely need to create a “Bridge” to link them. We want sales to reflect on inventory levels automatically. Any help is appreciated.

Are you trying to capture the revenue and cost or just inventory management?

At this point, just tracking inventory. We would capture the data on the point of sale. We would like to run one inventory system, which would be in Aspire.

Are your crews and public customers pulling from the same inventory?

Are the POS transactions for the same company thr crews work for?

Are you earned or invoiced revenue in Aspire? Are you set up as SAS or SAAS accounting with Aspire?

The bigger consideration is likely related to some of these answers and how you are accounting for inventory purchases to your P&L(s) vs your Balance sheet.

Yes, crews and walk-in customers would be pulling from the same yard inventory. We run 2 businesses  on one Aspire account, and both will be buying stuff into inventory. We're set up as SAAS with invoiced revenue. Im a bit out of my depth on some of this. Does that answer your questions?
