How is everyone conveying information to crews prior to them starting a job? We have and use every notes field, but those only pop when you click into a job. Has anybody come up with an elegant way to share information like “give them a call in advance” on days when a crew might have 20 tickets? I really don’t expect crews to be clicking through every ticket before they leave every day for the once a month when they actually would need to. Hoping someone has a slick approach to this I can borrow.

The property availability feature now is only informative and it does not interact with scheduling board. I’m curious how Aspire will make it interact with scheduling board when adding a ticket outside of the availability. Will the screen pop up a warning message? Will it trigger an automatically email to the Account Owner about this unexpected visit? If it will trigger an email notification, I wish we can have a setting in configuration to turn off this automatically email. We are trying to roll out a plan to add property availability into existing property. But we also have hesitation about how it will interact with scheduling board.

When I merge items from our original contract into work tickets (e.g a bunch of concrete walls with veneer are all the same, basically, so I merge them) there’s no real easy way to just click the work tickets to see what items are in them. I have to go back to the original estimate and click individual items to see which work ticket they’re in. More importantly, our office manager needs to do that, and she hates doing it. So I’m stuck making a merged work tickets list that takes a lot of time. I wish there was a way to click the work tickets and see which items are in them. Any thoughts anybody?

I am hoping someone can tell me why I am getting this error. I am using the Swagger UI to explore the API. I am able to successfully authorize to generate the token, access contacts and opportunities but when I use the properties endpoint, I get a response code of 403 without any details as to why I am not getting any data returned. I have confirmed that data exists by logging into Aspire and I have confirmed that the API key has access to Get Properties. Can anyone explain the reason for the error? Thank you!

We’re having trouble getting our SMS notifications to clients to work. The notifications are set up per the instructions in the knowledge base, but they continue to fail. I can’t find any literature regarding troubleshooting. We’ve submitted a ticket, but seeing if anyone else has encountered this issue, and if so, what their fix was.

I am looking to see when we’ll be able to create Issues without having to create it from a Ticket? Does anyone else see this as being beneficial for them. I would like Crew Leads and Supervisors to be able to create Open Issues not tied to a specific ticket.

Looking for a SOP/guided practice around invoicing. If anyone would be able to share those best practices that would be amazing! 

Can you assign one email to receive equipment service requests and maintenance reminders? We are looking to have the email be sent to one email address after the crew member submits the request. 

Is there a way to display which pay code was used on an employee time sheet? 

Hello! We have several customers who insist on NOT receiving an invoice each month, and want us to auto-draft payment for them. I know AutoPay is not available in the customer portal, but is anyone doing something to work around this for their customers? (I also went and voted in the portal for this to be added, because it’s a feature that’s available for so many service providers that we seem behind the times by not offering it).

I created templates which I don’t want to use or share with the company.  How do I delete templates that I have created please? 

Does anyone have a fast way of figuring out why there is an unaccepted time? I have been trying to figure out why one of our crews times will not be accepted for a day and cannot find any reason why. 

We had an issue with one of our clients while attempting to make a payment trough the customer portal.The client in question attempted to sign in to the customer portal using his Apple phone. However, he encountered a roadblock when tried to enter the routing and account numbers for the payment. It seems that his phone it did not display the forward slash ( / ) needed to separate the different account numbers. When I conducted the test using an Android device , the slash was displayed correctly. This led me to believe that there might be a compatibility issue with the customer portal when accessed via an Apple phone. Have anyone experience this issue? Any suggestions ?  Thanks in advance. 

I have some actual paper contracts that we won that include 50+ properties and individual contracts for each property in Aspire. I am seeing this “master job” field but can basically find little to nothing about that in the knowledge base or user guide. I am curious if this master thing may be helpful for me in some circumstances, but I don’t know what it is used for. Anyone?

Anyone successfully utilized PropertyIntel on an iPad?I’d like to create irrigation maps for our properties on Property Intel so I don’t have to use a separate system but it doesn’t seem like PI really functions on Chrome on iOS. 

My company is trying to find ways to improve estimating while the design is in process.In AutoCAD Refnotes and Plant Schedule, it’s possible to add a cost for each material. It would be a waste of time to input these prices for each plant in each design. (It would be easier to just do it in Aspire once the design is complete.) However, if I could somehow link the Aspire item/kit catalog to AutoCAD, the designers could have access to updated prices as they build the Refnotes/Plant Schedule.Does anyone know if this is possible? I know that Aspire can talk to other softwares, but I don’t know whether AutoCAD is on that list.

Is anyone else having this issue? when emailing a proposal, it bounces back as undeliverable, when it is in fact, a valid email address. I have cleared my site cookies, and renewed the sync with outlook. Don’t know what else to do. This has been occurring since their most recent update 

Hi everyone,Since switching to the new Aspire Mobile, we’ve been receiving significantly more alerts than before—specifically time entry conflict alerts and work ticket time conflict alerts. We’ve followed the recommended steps to resolve these conflicts, and the records appear corrected. However, the alert count in the Aspire Notification Center (under the question mark icon) remains the same and won’t clear, even after everything has been addressed. Has anyone else experienced this recently? Any suggestions or solutions would be appreciated!Thanks,

Is there any way to see the pictures taken by crew people and inserted into visit notes not horribly compressed? Pictures uploaded to issues don’t seem to have this compression, but the visit notes are compressed to essentially thumbnails. Edit with some clarification and testing: We noticed that the crew doing our spring flower displays were attaching pictures of the completed pots to visit notes. After downloading the pictures, we noticed that they were highly compressed past any use. Our crews use Samsung Galaxy S24’s in the field. I just tested this on my work phone (iPhone 13) and there is no compression to the photos, coming through full quality. I tested this on a Spare Crew phone that was sitting here in the office, and there was no compression to the photos. I attempted this on both the wifi and not on wifi. All crew phones are set up the same way, so I’m struggling to figure out why the people in the field’s photos were highly compressed when th
