Several service overlap

Mowing, tree trimming, lawn service OM MY! It's exceedingly difficult for my scheduler to do so with zero over lap.  He works hard to keep teams that can't work at the same time from running into one another... how do you do it?

Customer Portal invitations bounce back_I have admin permissions.

All of my invitations do not send out. I get an error message. Is there somewhere where I can see the settings for me and the customer , to be sure the invite goes out?    Barb J

Edit invoice Recipients by Opportunity

We can send certain invoices straight to a portal  for our customers to pay  if they have a Purchase Order listed on the invoice for regular maintenance. If there is no PO, I   have to send to a group, and wait for them to research.Is there way to select email contacts from an opportunity if you do not want it going to all contacts for the property?  We would like to automate the monthly bills that do not change, so they can go straight to the approval process.BarbJ

Approval Workflows

Anyone who is using approval workflows, would you share some about your experience and process?We’re trying to get them set up in our system but would like to hear from some others about how it works for them. Really wish there was a GM% option because that’s our big focus at the moment, but limiting it in user roles means that the alerts aren't auto-generated, and it isn’t as simple as just clicking approve or deny, you have to make adjustments and then get back to the sales rep or tell them that they need to have it higher. Just would be nice to have a couple different triggers.Curious to hear everyone’s thoughts

Mowing equipment not a part of job costing?

We are in implementation and recently I learned that job costs in aspire are only considered labor, materials, rented equipment, and subs. But I’ve always considered owned equipment COGS as well. Usually this would be an hourly rate which would include depreciation, fuel, & maintenance for whatever machine is running.We also bid jobs this way. The operator at one rate, and the equipment at it’s own rate. This keeps us competitive as it appropriately charges the equipment to only the clients who need said equipment.One of my subject matter experts told me, though, that mowers are not COGS, they are overhead so they aren’t job-costed. What would be the way to work around this so that I can apply an hourly cost to those pieces of equipment for job costing purposes?

Sales Tax On Purchase Receipts

Hey All,We are in a bit of slightly unique situation in that we have a garden center attached to the company. They function as their own retail business, but at the same time, they also provide all of our plants and bulk materials. Something we’re trying to figure out is when we’re doing the purchase receipts from them to us, and then any returns, the whole sales tax situation. How does everybody else handle their sales tax?Thanks!

Does anyone use Sitefotos in conjunction with Aspire?Do you keep them separate, use an API?Or do you use something else entirely for photos with services for vendors who struggle with crew mobile/app.youraspire?

Aspire Mobile Issues auto-assign Crew Leader

Hello,  We noticed that when using Aspire Mobile, the persons performing time entry and categorizing issues see that the crew leader is assigned to the issue and not the account owner or route manager.  It has to be dealt with but it is more clicks as the crew leader may not be the same one going back to handle the issue

Improved Contact screen

The “Notes” box in the Contact screen could be improved to serve as a CRM tool. It should be a horizontal box below the Contact Information (which, by the way should be more compact to take less screen space).It should allow to automatically add date and user stamp- then user can create any note, summary of phone call, etc. Hopefully call summaries from the VoiceforTurf phone integration.This would lead towards a more robust CRM functionality...which lacks a lot of features.

Hey All,I am trying to build a list of site audits that only shows the most recent site audit for each property. I want to have a dial that shows production managers the number of properties that have scored below a certain threshold. Does anyone know a way to do this?

Hello,Does anyone else run their lawn care (fertilization and aeration) programs through Aspire and how does this look? The issues we currently have and are trying to find solutions for are:Building a kit for an application that is a certain price up to 2,000 SF and then increasing by $15 per 1000/SF extra? Do you recommend setting up each application as different service lines or as one service with multiple occurrences?We would appreciate any insight! Thank you!

SDS Help!?

I have all my products entered into my material lists with EPA numbers names etc, is there a way to generate a report that could act as SDS directory for my company? Even better… is anyone aware of an Aspire SDS tab or plugin that already exists?!?!

Equipment Module Search Bar

Did anyone know that you are NOT able to use your search bar for Serial Numbers in the equipment module??I was told it was too much for the system to handle and so you have to do a filter instead...Isn’t that what a search bar is for?!?  This software cost A LOT of money considering it is very clunky and does not help with efficiency…

Aspire Mobile for time tracking of hourly indirect labor employees

Has anyone tried to use Aspire Mobile for time tracking of hourly indirect labor employees (admin, mechanics, etc.)? I was led to believe this would work, but I’m experiencing issues such as:Time Cards cannot be saved with even one minute of difference time if your only ticket time is on an indirect ticket (it typically turns that difference into drive time, but indirect tickets weren’t designed to have drive time) Within my routes module, I cannot seem to restrict my indirect routes to only see the indirect services set up to log their time (they see all unscheduled tickets regardless of settings) Some of our lunch breaks are different between direct labor and indirect labor employees - the lunch break setting is system-wide. I was under the impression that you could override the system-wide lunch break by manually clocking out and specifying it is for lunch, but instead the time cards appear to subtract the standard lunch time AND the clocked out lunch time. Will this always require

Please vote for this idea - having multiple tabs for different dashboards

Vote for my idea!https://feedback.youraspire.com/ideas/WAP-I-3532 Ability to have multiple tabs at the top so you can seperate ops vs sales or sales rep by sales rep or how ever you would like.  Aspire had this on the road map back in 2021 and they never implemented it for some reason. Here is a screenshot. This screenshot includes a lot more sales items I wish they would implement also.
