  Let's hear about your favorite session at Ignite What was your favorite session and why? Knowing what resonated most with you—whether it was the speaker's presentation style, the topic's relevance to your work, or a new insight you gained. My favorite session was Creating Access and Opportunity in the Trades. It’s all about creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and has a fair opportunity to succeed. It's a strategic approach to building a stronger, more innovative, and more resilient company.  I attended Ignite ‘24 as “Industry”, and Ignite ‘25 as a Partner. Here are my top 3 take aways from the conference: The value of these events is not just learning how to better use the software, it’s about making connections with people who are where you want to be in 3, 5, or 10 years. Because you're both on the same “Operating System” you can speak the same language.  The Aspire team is here to help. They care so deeply about our industry. I loved having the conversations with the product team, the community team, and our CSM’s. I believe in Aspire.  It is ok to need help. Whether you’re in your first year and swimming upstream through implementation, or you’re in year 10 and have it figured out, there are things that we can learn and ge
