Is anyone else having this issue? when emailing a proposal, it bounces back as undeliverable, when it is in fact, a valid email address. I have cleared my site cookies, and renewed the sync with outlook. Don’t know what else to do. This has been occurring since their most recent update
Hi everyone,Since switching to the new Aspire Mobile, we’ve been receiving significantly more alerts than before—specifically time entry conflict alerts and work ticket time conflict alerts. We’ve followed the recommended steps to resolve these conflicts, and the records appear corrected. However, the alert count in the Aspire Notification Center (under the question mark icon) remains the same and won’t clear, even after everything has been addressed. Has anyone else experienced this recently? Any suggestions or solutions would be appreciated! Thanks,

Is there any way to see the pictures taken by crew people and inserted into visit notes not horribly compressed? Pictures uploaded to issues don’t seem to have this compression, but the visit notes are compressed to essentially thumbnails. Edit with some clarification and testing: We noticed that the crew doing our spring flower displays were attaching pictures of the completed pots to visit notes. After downloading the pictures, we noticed that they were highly compressed past any use. Our crews use Samsung Galaxy S24’s in the field. I just tested this on my work phone (iPhone 13) and there is no compression to the photos, coming through full quality. I tested this on a Spare Crew phone that was sitting here in the office, and there was no compression to the photos. I attempted this on both the wifi and not on wifi. All crew phones are set up the same way, so I’m struggling to figure out why the people in the field’s photos were highly compressed when the spare phone’s was not. Does A
Curious what other companies are doing? If a Sales Member sells a contract in October, but it doesn’t start until January, do you wait until January to win or win it in October? The sales member and company will want that recognized as soon as it’s sold, but winning a contract will put it in production and tickets are at risk of being pulled forward. Love to hear some feedback.
Let’s get out of the 1980’s of manually doing things and get into the modern age! This is an issue related to the parent/child feature combined with the new 30 day device expiration security enhancement. When there exists a parent child system relationship (not to be confused with Enterprise Admin), if a user doesn't log into the parent system for 30 days, their devices should not expire as long has they have logged into at least one child account in the last 30 days. Child/parent accounts should all be connected, so if the user is logging into the parent system, their child logins should be extended and vice versa.Remember - votes count to get this passed! Remember - it may not affect your company now - but if you GROW - IT WILL!https://feedback.youraspire.com/ideas/WAP-I-6543

What will permission will let a user trigger the ability to update payment terms on an opp?
I wish the title of the client would be shown on the contact tab as many of our properties have multiple contacts listed. This would help everyone in our company know who is who without having to click into each contact for this information. Now that the screen for the contacts is so enlarged there is lots of room to display this information. Anyone else would find this helpful?
I don’t see the column to add occurs to upload my list of estimates of service items. How can I find the format to upload this column? Can someone provide me the sample file?
Hello! We have set up a Service Item called “Plant Installation”, under/within which we list out all the required plant species and sizes (and then quantities & costs) as line items. We would ALSO like those items to copy over to the SERVICE ITEM DESCRIPTION, so that all those plants show up individually on the printed proposal. Is there a way to do that using code or a token? (E.g. we can type “ [PropertyName] “ or “ [OpportunityStartDate!] “ in the overall PROPOSAL description… Thanks in advance! Jake

I have a customer who swears WE set him up on auto pay. We don’t have that ability. But as soon as he gets an invoice, it is paid immediately. Is there an auto pay option on the customer portal that he has activated? If so, how can I remove?Thank you
Hello all-We are starting to take on some larger (for us) residential construction project. As we create processes around these projects, I wanted to ask if anyone has any best practices they’d like to share for Project Management and organization on a project by project basis. Are you guys utilizing the Gantt Chart feature or something else? What other tools or processes have you built to keep your project management clean?
A client of ours is trying to pay for an invoice in their customer portal but they are not able to add their credit card information because a grey box is covering the box where they would type in the credit card number. They’ve tried refreshing and using a different browser but the grey box will not move or allow them to scroll. I’m not sure how to help them with this issue.
We have preset daily routes for our mow/maintenance crews and are trying to utilize the recurring schedule feature to schedule by those routes. Is there a way to set up recurring schedules by route instead of by property? For example, Route 1 has properties A, B, and C. Can we set up a recurring schedule for all three properties at once rather than setting up a recurring schedule for A, then B, then C?
Hi all,We are a new Aspire user and just went live. I am dreading trying to get my current accounting firm to understand what/how to understand Aspire’s EOM procedures and how best practices should be done.Do any of you have an outside firm who does basis Aspire EOM tasks that you use?

Can visit notes show up on invoices?
Can anyone explain what the check marks indicate to the right of each entry, and why some entries have them while others don’t? I can’t find an explanation anywhere in the User Guide or knowledge base. The only thing I can think of, is the check marks exist on materials added AFTER the time entry had been approved. Is this correct? And if so, what does that really affect?
We have SOME clients who want to be notified about rose care, but not all. Is there a way to turn this on for select clients, only?
Where can I access the Opportunity Invoice Notes tab when an Opportunity has been Won and Change Orders have been added?
Hi Aspire Community! We are fairly new to Aspire as a fencing and decking installation company. We have just launched with consumer financing. We’re struggling to see the best way to include the “Cash Discount” terms in the proposal/estimate, especially when there could be multiple optional services that could be selected by the customer that would impact the cash discount.Any suggestions?
I’m wondering if anyone is using CardConnect through the Customer Portal 2.0 and have an API connection to their accounting system. We’re considering adopting this payment method and would love to talk to someone with experience.
