We’re having trouble getting our SMS notifications to clients to work. The notifications are set up per the instructions in the knowledge base, but they continue to fail. I can’t find any literature regarding troubleshooting. We’ve submitted a ticket, but seeing if anyone else has encountered this issue, and if so, what their fix was.

I had this issue as well. On the property you need to make sure you select the contact & mark them to receive SMS notifications. The opt in is just the first step.

This has been done. All of the proper steps have been followed. Our contact said this is a known issue, with no fix

This is a known issue but there is a fix that is making it’s way through the development cycle and we hope to have it corrected soon. 


We’ve had issues with SMS notifications since day one. Visit reminder SMS notifications continually fail. All post notification emails and sms work fine. Very frustrating. Had a zoom call with support recently, and I believe they’re working toward a resolution, but, in the meantime we’re stuck sending pre-notifications one at a time using the test button via admin.

Thanks for letting us know, we are working on testing a resolution that we hope to have in place soon.

Thank you, Calvin. I will say, the Visit Reminder text messages have worked properly for the last few days. Not sure if that helps, but thought it worthwhile to pass the info along. Thanks for your work on this issue.

We used this feature last year and saw a lot of inconsistency.

Our tree care team updates the scheduling board very frequently and the notification was not sent out on time. So we turned off all the SMS notifications.

 

Hope this can be fixed soon!
