Inspire - 3CX Integration

Does Aspire have provisions to pull up a contact via a phone number via a softphone and journal the call with conversation notes? Our 3CX phone system has the capability to launch a url with the callers phone number as well as a API if Aspire supports it. https://www.3cx.com/docs/crm-integration-guides/

Certified Payroll

Hi!We are hoping that there is a better answer for generating certified payroll. We utilize QuickBooks for accounting, and have been told that we must manually enter our hours into QB in order to generate the certified payroll. Obviously this is a significant time issue, since we are required to provide this frequently and it requires us to delete the hours sent over by Aspire and then re-enter them in the correct category. How is everyone else doing this?

Customer Decides To Prepay Halfway Through The Season - Best Practice?

Hello! I’m wondering what is the best way to handle a customer who was being billed per service for the first part of the season and then they’d like to pay ahead for remaining services. Adding a change order to the individual services doesn’t allow them to be Fixed Payment rather than Per Service. Adding a credit to that property or opportunity doesn’t automatically apply it to the next generated invoice either so billing staff won’t know that the future invoice doesn’t need to be sent because it doesn’t tell us anywhere during invoicing that an opportunity has a credit balance within Invoicing Assistant. Is there any way to create a future invoice for a service that hasn’t been completed? What would you do in this situation?  Thank you for any tips or tricks!

sales rep change on active contract

Hello. I have a small issue with changing the sales rep on an ongoing maintenance contract. My company recently hired a new sales rep, and we will be handing over some accounts from the other sales reps. The issue I am having is that doing this will interfere with the commission report. When I change the sales rep, all past invoices are updated with the new sales rep. I would love it if there was a way to split this and keep old sales rep on past invoices while putting upcoming invoices to the new sales rep. What I do is, I have to cancel the current contract and renew it under the new sales rep for the report to show accurate information. Just trying to see if there is anyone else with the same problem, and if so, what workaround have you found.Thanks!

Snow Season

Being that this will only be my 2nd snow season with Aspire, I have questions. I was lucky enough to sit down with an Aspire rep at the SIMA conference in Pittsburg last month, and was able to have a few of the questions that I could remember answered; however, as we move closer to snow many more questions will surface and thought it would be a useful tool to have a topic just on snow. Yes, it is only July; however, I start sending contracts out the 2nd week of August. A little about our company: we are based out of Muskegon, Michigan and average about 93” of snow. This number has diminished the past 3 years, but am hopeful with all the rain we have gotten this year it continues during the winter months so we can have a much needed prosperous year. I guess my first topic for discussion will be: When you do your scheduling for snow events, how do you handle multi-visits within a 24-hour window. Last year we ran in to a lot of billing issues when my drivers had to plow a property multipl

Irrigation Material Estimating

Hey everyone,  What are you doing for non-commercial estimating of materials for irrigation installs? This seems to be our biggest hang up as we have never done it before (previously bidding via a set price per sqft.) Interested to hear what everyone is doing there.

Issue Management

Issue created through crew mobile will have a default due day to be next day.When we review our non-managed issues, a lot of issues were created by the crew leader in the field and past due. There is no bulk actions to change the due date. It will be great to have an option to set the due date. I’m curious how you use issues in the field.only for emergency issues or all type of issues? how to manage issues in Aspire?Do you have other way to communicate between managers and crew members?
