Opportunity Renewals and estimate pricing, markups are not calculating correctly

When renewing a contract at CURRENT markups we have discovered that the pricing is higher than it should be.  We’ve created a ticket in the help hub and were told that it was an issue they were aware of but as of yesterday, the technical team had not reviewed the issue yet to even start fixing it.   Our sales team is at a standstill until this is fixed.   In addition to the fact that Aspire knew about this problem and didn’t let any of their customers know, how many other companies have sent out renewals with incorrect pricing and subjected themselves to potentially losing the job because it wasn’t priced accurately?   This is unacceptable!  We need to be notified of major software glitches that affect pricing!  We need a faster turn around to the fixes!  I am tired of being told to submit a ticket and wait weeks for it to be resolved.

Proactive communication is important when a glitch impacts something as critical as your pricing and renewals.
