We were throwing around Ideas that could simplify the invoicing, payment, client portal process. Is it possible to include an additional link in the body of the email that gets sent to clients when their invoices are sent to them. Is it possible to include a link to “create a client portal account” to add to our email so each client who does not have an account doesn’t have to call or email our office to then have a separate email sent to them to create their account? Or like I saw in another topic someone suggested a qr code a client can scan to create a client portal account. Essentially, I would like to be able to have a client who already has an account to have a link that directs them to the portal to pay and then for all clients who do not have an account to have a link that directs them to create a portal account. Is this already a possibility or is this a wish list item?

A customer of ours is getting a “Page Not Found” error message when they click on an invoice in the customer portal. Does anyone know why that might be happening? Thanks!
We are trying to figure out the best way to make the notes in tickets understandable for our employees. We have Bilingual managers but would like to be more confident the notes that are being translated from English to Spanish are going to be understood by the crew. After using google translate for a while our bilingual managers mentioned that a lot of the times what Google spits out does not translate how we think it does. Has anyone used anything else and gotten better results? Thanks.

When I tried to win a signed CO, this error popped up:The Description/Unit Price must be unique on the Master Schedule of Values: Paver Flatwork ($1.00)Does anyone know what this error means and how to fix it? Thank you!!
We received a payment from the customer for a deposit, prior to the invoice being generated. I don’t see anything in the Knowledgebase on how to apply the credit against it.
I mistakenly deleted a proposal, is there any way to recover this?Thank you.
We have occasional times where a credit for one reason or another (an overpay, a canceled service that was prepaid, items excluded from a service that get credited back to a customer) is applied to a customer’s account, but then they get more services from us, so there continue to be invoices, to which that credit can be applied. Does anybody have tips on how to handle this? One of our office managers suggested tag which can be applied when the credit is applied, and then dropped once that credit is used up. Would love to hear other ideas or thoughts!

I need to do some account ownership changes but made a mistake and started in the opportunity module and bulk actioned the “sales rep” first. We match our sales rep to the account owner so I meant to start in the property module, then bulk action change the account owner so then in the opportunity module I could display in the account owner and sales rep and then bulk action change the sales rep. Since I did this in reverse, it looks like I will have to go record by record and change them unless someone happens to know a work around?
I deleted photos from a site audit thinking I was not going to need them. Is there a way to recover these photos? or are they lost for good? Thank you.

I am not able to apply invoices to a previously recorded deposit. In the past I was able to go to the payment and select the invoices that correspond with that payment. Now I am not able to apply the invoices to the payment. Is there another way to apply these payments?
Is there an easy way to look in Aspire and see that on hand counts were updated manually by which user and the date as a bulk list? Inventory is one of the end of month close process, we would like to have a report and check who updated the on hand quantity by the end of month and who has not yet updated the on hand quantity. We have multiple managers in charge of inventory items and our controller would like to track on if the item get reconciles monthly.

Has anyone tried handling administrative costs through Aspire? Stuff like safety, office supplies, small hand tool purchases, membership dues in different orgs, equipment repairs done by outside parties? We’re wanting to try and unify some things and not have everything that we refer to as “below the line” (non job costs) scattered across multiple systems and spreadsheets. Curious to hear anyone’s thoughts and experiences.
So we offer a discount for prepaying the entire contract at the start, and I’d love to be able to hard code that into opportunities so that customers aren’t having to do that math themselves, but can just see it easily displayed right there for them. I’ve tried a couple routes to get this done and just haven’t been able to get it to populate. Has anyone done anything similar? Really just need to be able to get a percentage of total price, but putting in simple numbers doesn’t work how I would expect it to. Open to any suggestions here. Thanks!
