With creating a cloxk in or clockcout custom form can you choose who is required to receive it. For example I wanted to create a fuel log for fuel pumped at end of day. I added this as a clock out form.  But many of my employees won't need this form because they dont use company fuel. Is there a way to assign this form or a better way to create a fuel log ?

I need fuel logged per crew leader /per rig

I might advise utilizing the equipment module in this case as opposed to a custom form: 

You’d need to be in the practice of updating your meter readings regularly, but If you have it set up, you can just head to the Fuel Costs tab and the system will do the work for you, automatically calculating the cost by multiplying the fuel used since the last meter reading by your branch's fuel rate at that time. You'll see all the costs for that piece of equipment right there, no manual math needed.
