I have two window currently open right now. A Work Ticket Filter with Completed Date = Last Week. On the other I have the Work Ticket Visit report with a filter of Complete Date = Last Week. 

Does anyone know why the numbers I’m getting are vastly difference?  Below is an example of just the work tickets being generated being completely different. Report is showing nearly 50% of the revenue too. Any idea why this is when the filters are literally the same?? 

 

Ticket visit notes will count a work ticket multiple times if it got scheduled for multiple days.

 

Such as a big enhancement installation ticket, may be scheduled through the week and it will show on the visit list for 4 times or 5 times.
