We have a contract with a limited number of trips. Previously, we had 46 trips recorded. However, when I switched to tracking trips by contract tickets instead of individual punch-ins, the system shows only 35 trips. I noticed that some tickets have multiple punch-ins on the same day.Is there a more efficient way to determine the actual number of trips used, such as generating a report that accurately reflects the trip count based on the contract's definition of a 'trip'?"

Hi,I use purchase assistant for my material purchasing. I have realized on the assistant it does not tell you how much you have already used of that material. Is there a setting or somewhere else i can go to see the totality of the items ive already purchased? Example:¾ drain stone i have 7 tickets with various amounts in the quantities for the job.How do i see how much ive already ordered for the entire job?

Has anyone been able to create an advanced search formula using greater than or equal to functions? For example, I am trying to get a custom formula to only show items within a work ticket list that are completed at for above the estimated gross margin. Thank you!

I am looking for some insight on how to narrow down custom Lists and Reports. For example, I would like take my customized Work Ticket List (showing our Sched Var on Hours) and reflect the 10 worst Work Tickets from the list. My hope is to have a Dashboard Metric for Managers to click into, that way they can see what 10 Properties went over the most on their hours. I know that I can sort it for a certain value, such as Greater than, less than, Equals to, etc. - but I am trying to avoid determining the value and just seeing the 10 highest/lowest values. 

We joined the beta test a few month ago, then found out that it was missing the adding payment feature. Customer must call us to add the payment for them. We immediately switched back to customer portal 1.0. If you are on the customer portal 2.0, would you please share your comments & feedback? Appreciate.

Hello,We have a few invoices that customers were supposed to be tax exempt, and they were charged tax on invoices. The customer paid the invoice leaving the tax unpaid. Is there anything that can be done to get rid of the tax, so it isn't showing on invoices as unpaid? 

Hey All,We are in a bit of slightly unique situation in that we have a garden center attached to the company. They function as their own retail business, but at the same time, they also provide all of our plants and bulk materials. Something we’re trying to figure out is when we’re doing the purchase receipts from them to us, and then any returns, the whole sales tax situation. How does everybody else handle their sales tax?Thanks!

We need to be able to split the invoice revenue for labor and materials for our state (CT) monthly  sales tax reporting. Anyone have any suggestions.

We had all of our recurring schedule set, but it’s messed up. Is there a way to delete all of the visits from today going forward on a route?

I love the latest addition of the Bulk Reschedule Visits function, but it would be really nice if this function could pull work backwards as well, like the Insert Blank Days function is able to. Will that capability ever be added?

Recently, Aspire won’t let us save an American Express payment method because the card number is only 15 digits.  We have clients who set up their payment method in the past and pay us via AmEx and it works just fine, but now when we try to enter it for the client or if they try to enter it in their portal (we’re on Portal 1.0), the Save button is greyed out.  The advice I was given is to enter it directly into CardPointe/CloverConnect and then record the payment manually in Aspire.  Doing it that way doesn’t save the card info in Aspire, so they can’t pay through the portal in the future.  Does anyone have a better way of doing this? 

Is anyone else’s aspire tabs continue to log a ton of memory? This seems to happen consistently after trying to do time entry for multiple routes. Anyone else experiencing this?   

Has anyone gotten a response on an expected date for the pins on the route scheduling board to be working? We have reached out to multiple different people and the only response we have gotten is that it is known. It has been down for over a week now and Aspire refuses to give any update.

Hello all,One of the only things we’re struggling with in our goal of becoming fully paperless this year is our chemical/pesticide leave-behinds. In our state, we need to provide a report within 24 hours (don’t quote me on that, I just know it is pretty dang close to ASAP) to the client with various information including name of applicator, date, certification number, chemical(s) used, MSDS number, concentration, time of application, et al. In the past, we had a small pad with carbon copies which we would leave the carbon behind after the crew or applicator was done performing the work. We would like to move away from paper as much as possible, and we have also noticed that clients either don’t want or don’t care about the carbon that we leave behind. If anybody is in a similar boat as us, what kind of solutions have you tried within Aspire to solve this? The chemical usage report is nice but it is not an automated process and requires steps after printing the pdfs to get them to the c

Does any anyone use work tickets, schedule boards, inventory materials, and job costing for your fleet equipment repairs and/or maintenance? 

I’ve long lamented that we can’t import groups of service with their kits into opportunities. We’ve begun to use PI to work around this. We have the catalog groups set up with the kits in them in PI. Once we launch “Estimate in PropertyIntel” we can use the “+” to add a group and choose one that we’ve already made. This has been big for our pool construction teams.
