Is there a way to run a payroll report for previous day complete hours worked besides the Hours Pivot? I’m not a fan of waiting for next for hours to show up on report once approved. We’ve noticed additional hours added to time entry after the work orders for the previous day have been closed.

You can use the Weekly Time Review at the top of the Schedule page. As long as the time is completed for the previous day that is the most accurate and up to date reference for time tracking. Also a great way to monitor for OT if you need to.
