Team, can you please help me. 

 

I inactive one route because we have 3 different but I want to merge them and add all in one only route and I inactive the other 2 routes but Im not able to see all the trips that were before. So with that said how can I merge them and how can I activate them again?

Hi Luis, 

To active the routes, you will need to go to the route manager via the 3 dots on the schedule board, once in the route manager you can remove the active filter. You should now be able to find the inactive routes to reactive them inside the route. Once you have them active you can move the work tickets that are on the routes. 

The other option would be find the work tickets that were on the route via the work ticket screen on the schedule board and re add them to the correct route, they will be double scheduled but that has no effect on the estimate/actuals.
