Throughout last year, PropertyIntel introduced 19 new features, addressed 77 bug requests and minor enhancements, and implemented 50 customer-suggested ideas from the idea portal.

1. ProMaps Artificial Intelligence Launch
In May 2024, we introduced ProMaps, marking our first foray into artificial intelligence within PropertyIntel. Allowing you to overlay new AI-generated data sources on aerial imagery like measurements by feature and slope visualization, ProMaps facilitates faster measurements, estimates, and job planning than ever before.
2. Advanced Drawing and Editing Tools and Functionalities
Over the course of 2024, we released thirteen new advanced drawing tools and functionalities, including the reverse cutout tool, metric units, snap-to-edges, and more! These new tools and abilities empower you to more quickly and easily create precise takeoffs for maintenance, design-build, and enhancement projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in project planning.
3. Reporting and Data Insights
To offer deeper business insights and additional clarity into your property data, we introduced features that allow you to configure reports and lists tailored to your specific needs. This enhancement enables better data visualization and informed decision-making, helping you optimize your operations.
4. Improved Integrations and Synchronization
We enhanced the one-click integration between Aspire's business management platform and PropertyIntel, providing users with greater control and a more cohesive experience. This integration ensures all project data is connected and accessible, streamlining workflows and improving efficiency.
We also developed a lightweight integration with Crew Control, allowing our growing customers to attach their measured and estimated sitemaps to Crew Control’s electronic proposals and customer records.
5. User Experience Enhancements
Enhancements across multiple areas of PropertyIntel brought you a more seamless experience in your day-to-day use, with improvements in areas across navigation, Go iLawn project import, PDF upload workflow and image quality, and more!
