With continuing to bid on very large properties or large groups of properties, I am looking to begin using takeoffs in Aspire in 2026.
I am looking for someone who is deep in knowledge on the integration between Aspire + Property Intel and who can help us set up the things we’re wanting to set up the way we want them.
+3It can be a fairly easy process. You can set up your takeoff groups in Aspire and when you launch into Property Intel from your Takeoffs in Aspire and pull the Aerial Image, PI will have the Aspire Takeoffs listed under the catalog items ready for you to start adding your measurements.
For ex.
If you have :
Turf
Beds,
Hardline edge
Bed line edge
Bed Space
Trees
etc.
These will be in the item catalog when you Launch in to Property Intel from the Aspire Takeoffs.
If you are creating enhancement (Work Orders) opportunities the process would be to launch into property intel from the estimate and build your estimate within PI utilizing your kits from Aspire. You can draw out your plans, add plants etc. and have this populate the estimate in Aspire all at once.

Would like to find someone who we can pay as a consultant with some advanced knowledge into PI who I can ask questions to on the phone or be guided through some of the advanced things, and possibly do some of the setup work for us.
