For work ticket complete notifications, if you have it set to notify when completed in mobile, will it also trigger a notification if a ticket is completed on the desktop site?

Hi ​@cmiguel there should be only be one completion notification. The notification you described will only be sent when the ticket is marked complete directly within Crew Mobile. A subsequent status change to "complete" won't trigger it again.
