Pertaining to Documents that are attached to work tickets. We use the documents tab for site maps. There are some documents that are suppose to be deleted in our software but they still show up in the crew mobile app. Any suggestions on how to permanently remove documents and not have them still show up on the crew mobile app?

There are some documents that are suppose to be deleted in our software but they still show up in the crew mobile app. Any suggestions on how to permanently remove documents and not have them still show up on the crew mobile app?
Attachments can be exposed to the mobile app via the checkbox on the opportunity or the property so you may have a document that is attached somewhere else and exposed to the crew there. If you go to the property or opportunity page and hit the view all attachments then list view on the upper right it will display a checkbox that shows what is exposed to the crew.
