Time allocation for maintenance in service schedule

For those west of the cascades in the PNW, what percentage ranges are you using for general maintenance work over the year in your service schedule? This assumes your crews are doing mowing, weeding, pruning, etc. and those aren’t being handled by separate crews. We currently range from 20% to 120% but are plying with other ranges.
