Travis & Jon are going live on LinkedIn on June 23rd 🗓️

Fuel costs. Chemical and fertilizer spikes. Labor shortages. Vendor uncertainty. They're all squeezing margins at the same time right now, and the damage usually doesn't show up until you close the books at year-end. If your summer looks busy and profitable, that's exactly why you should be paying attention.

Travis Wills and Jon Gohl are sitting down for a real, unfiltered LinkedIn Live conversation about what's actually happening in the industry and what it means for your business. No polished slides. No sanitized talking points. Just the honest discussion that usually stays behind closed doors.

What we're getting into:

  • Why fuel, fertilizer, and chemical cost spikes are hitting harder than they look on your P&L

  • The key areas every landscaping business should audit mid-season, and what to do when you find a problem

  • How to make smarter purchasing decisions in a volatile supply environment

  • What labor really costs you, and why your bids might be wrong because of it

  • Where your business should be in 3, 6, and 9 months, and how to build the path to get there

If you own the P&L today, this one's for you. Register here.

Gas and fertilizer spikes have hurt really bad this year. I acquired a smaller weed control company att he end of last year and didn’t get my early order in. Definitely going to have to make that margin back somewhere
