New Year, New Perspectives

Eli recently shared a great perspective on why site audits are important for our quality control:

A strong site audit isn’t about finding what’s broken. It’s about confirming that the business is performing the way you believe it is, crews operating at their best, standards being met consistently, and the finished work matching the bar you’ve set.

And a big thank you to Southern Botanical for hosting the Aspire team. 💚

When we first set this goal, there was uncertainty about whether we would achieve it. Reaching this milestone was extremely rewarding and confirms that SoBo is moving in the right direction—operating the business with high standards, consistent quality, and proactive communication.

We were pleased to host the Aspire team and look forward to another successful year of partnership.

Would love to know how people are using these inside aspire.  Have had challenges making it be valuable to the client and actually look good and aesthetic.

We have been loving site audits! Currently only using them on our commercial grounds maintenance sites, but looking to implement them elsewhere. We do 4 site audits per year per site. 2 of which are client facing where we essentially just show them the current state of the grounds and any recommendations. For most clients, it has been useful as they often do not have the time to actually walk the entire site and it also helps ensure they know we are on top of everything. It has also led to more proposal requests. The other 2 are internal quality audits that then turn into issues for our maintenance crew leaders to handle. This helps us identify and improve problem areas before the property managers notice.
