We are a growing company and want to begin pricing maintenance services by unit—such as cost per square foot for mowing, bed maintenance, and blowing, and cost per linear foot for weed eating and edging. What are effective methods for calculating these rates without relying solely on shadowing crews and timing their work in the field?
