Ignite 2025 speaker submissions are live

Our annual user conference is coming to Anaheim, CA on September 15-17, and we’re looking for bold voices to lead the way. We want YOUR voice heard at Ignite, sharing unique strategies, inspiring fellow Aspire users, and making lasting connections at one of the industry’s most anticipated events. If you want to boost your reputation as a thought leader and leave a lasting impact, now is your chance.

Don’t wait. Submit your session concept by February 28. ⏰

We are still seeking submissions from YOU for Ignite sessions!

Why? Because you actually USE the software in the real world! 😅

And...you don’t have to be a master public speaker. Hear me out:

  • Submit an idea or topic for a session and work with an Aspire expert who can deliver it on your behalf.
  • Tag team with an Aspire employee or other customer to present on a topic
  • Don’t want to own a full session - contribute a section within a topic

Don’t let excuses get in the way of helping us bring better content to Ignite this year!

I’m hoping to see some voices: @Jpolley , @Scott Knussmann , @SoboYiW  @amymahan @TracyR @Amy_Groves @ABrhodes

  • Using Checklists for Safety Required Arrival and Departure Processes and confirmation of wearing site specific PPE. Bonus = Being able to provide a report to the client as it timestamps the completion of the checklist items and who completed it.
  • Using Schedule and Event for “Snow” all the time - Set it up as a master plan and update as needed. *disclaimer we schedule by piece of equipment as each piece has a max capacity for completing a storm in a set amount of time. **disclaimer in set amount of time in perfect storm conditions. It is more like having a goal and working efficiently towards that goal while being prepared for “certain to happen” obstacles that will try to interfere with that goal.
  • Equipment Module - Using Services Due to guide your mechanics to be PM focused so that they too can have a weekly outlined schedule.
