Hello. I’m having an issue with the feature “Show in Portal”. My customers are not seeing our notes and pictures we load into a work ticket. Any advice? Thank you!

show requests is for issues; show visits is for work ticket visit details.
Do you plan to use issue or work ticket visit to communicate with your customer?
Please double check if the feature is enabled. Hope this helps.
