I am fairly new to Aspire, have been exploring it through my employer. I am curious if there is a way to edit or grant permission to edit Service/Operations notes in the mobile app? If so, would they update on the backend & remain that way?
Currently they seem to only be editable on desktop, and not everyone on my team has access to it. It would be ideal to grant them the ability to edit through the app/on mobile.
+14Service/Operation Notes would no tbe editable via the Mobile App and not by someone with Crew Leader Permissions only…..They can however provide visit notes and/or create Issues trhough Mobile to tell you what is done, not done, needed or maybe what might need to be changed about the Service or Ops notes…..the Service/Operations notes are intended to inform the crew what needs to be done or paid attention to to complete the SOW related to that ticket….what is a scenario you have where you are looking for the crew to edit the Service/Operations notes?
