We have SOME clients who want to be notified about rose care, but not all. Is there a way to turn this on for select clients, only?
You can create notifications based off of services. If you set “Rose Care” up as a service, you’d be able to turn on notifications for that service. It will notify any client that has that service scheduled that has opted into SMS texts. The only way to filter out clients is to have them not be opted into text messaging.

We have post service notification setup to be delivered via email. We currently are not using the SMS text option in Aspire. Kbaird are your notifications that are sent via text pre service notifications or post service notifications? We are trying to setup a pre- service notification so the clients are informed of when we will be on their property.
Anyone know if Aspire notification platform is equipped to deliver a pre-service notification based from the scheduled ticket?

As others have noted, no. You can’t. Which is a huge disappointment for a product as expensive as aspire. This is absolutely a feature of other CRM’s, such as Housecall pro. We’re having trouble getting our SMS pre-visit notifications to work at all. They’re failing every time
