Thank you! I am trying to schedule our irrigation department and fertilizer department and am at almost a stand still! I am assuming that you must have gotten pretty upset with them to get a response more than “we are aware.” lol

Basically what you just said.  I asked them how they would like me to explain to my boss why I can’t schedule something.  I also got pretty upset with the “you’ll need to manually schedule the stops for now”.  

Yeah the rpute scheduling tool is *especially* important for the non-recurring services like fertilization or irrigation… and we are at the start of a season. I tried the “schedule an event” tool, but theres no way to filter by ticket status! I definitely wasted 3 hours this morning manually scheduling tickets that I could have done in 15 minutes. /rant
