Pulling over a Template

When I pull over a template to use to bid on a new maintenance contract, I approve the updating of all kits, cost etc. etc. but it doesn’t update them.  Has anyone else experienced this?

We have experienced this issue as well. I submitted a support ticket for it, met with some Aspire reps, etc. I tried to pull the information they sent me on the support ticket- but apparently the new system didn’t bring over the content of closed tickets- just the ticket name and basic data. 

I remember them stating that if items were manually overridden at all- it would bring over the same overrides instead of doing what the selection suggests- updating all kits and pricing. I wish you luck!

As Alissa said, overrides don’t update. If any of the items in the template are green/red/yellow they won’t update. 
 

if I were you, I’d go into the item catalog & make sure the kits are correct, & then manually update the template with the proper kits.
