When I tried to win a signed CO, this error popped up:

The Description/Unit Price must be unique on the Master Schedule of Values: Paver Flatwork ($1.00)

Does anyone know what this error means and how to fix it? Thank you!!

@Emily M If it’s not working right, I would take screenshots and send to aspire support.  Keep in mind, you only need to change the name in the schedule of values.  They can all match in the estimate, but have to be different in the SOV.  I typically update the SOV from the estimate, then make a name change if needed.  Too many changes and something else might get thrown off.

Hello @Emily M- that means the service name and price cannot match an existing service name and price on the estimate.

Just change the service name and you’ll be good to go.  I know, not intuitive.

@baraica @MeganT Thank you for your feedback! I’ve tried changing the name, description, and price, but the same error keeps popping up. How would you go about fixing this?

I looked at it again, and I think I had been editing the estimate, not the SOV. It worked! Thank you so much.
