Percent Bar Above Work Tickets

Thank you for bringing up this question — I didn’t know the answer either and was curious myself. So I ran a quick test using one of our crew leader’s Aspire Mobile app.

He completed two tickets yesterday:

• One ticket with 5 estimated hours

• Another ticket with 6.15 estimated hours
  His route is set with 10% travel time.

On Aspire Mobile, the hours displayed were:

• 4.5 hours for the first ticket

• 5.54 hours for the second ticket

• Total displayed: 10.04 hours

Then I checked his actual on-site time, which was 7.33 hours.

When I calculated:
7.33 ÷ 10.04 = 73% — this matches the percentage shown in the progress bar on his Aspire Mobile.

Conclusion:
The bar represents the percentage of actual on-site time compared to the total estimated on-site time across all tickets for the day.

The progress bar on the Daily Plan screen represents the percentage of work ticket hours completed against the total hours scheduled for the current day’s scheduled work tickets/visits. It's intended to provide a visual representation of work ticket completion progress for the current day. 

It is referenced in this article of the user guide. 

During our discussion about the bar of hour percentage. Majority of crew leaders mentioned that they are missing the Crew Mobile App for this one feature. 

On crew mobile App, once starting the work ticket, it will display a clock countdown to remind how many hours left for this job. It is great reminder for our crew leaders so that they can proactively adjust the job sequence or crew members’ assignment. 

Wish this countdown feature will be available in Aspire Mobile App. 

Seconding this! When we tried out Aspire Mobile, this was one of the many pieces of negative feedback I got, so definitely would be great to see this added.
