We are curious if anyone has integrated the payroll system PayChex with Aspire or if this is something we will need to add a middleware to be able to link these two together? Appreciate any feedback :)!

We do have a few clients using PayChex. They export their data and then copy and paste it into a file provided by PayChex. This is a general article about payroll setup and this article goes into detail about exporting the payroll data.
