+3I have a customer who partially paid an invoice and wants a copy of the invoice showing the amount that is due, when I print the invoice from Aspire it shows the original invoice amount due which is not accurate. Is there a way to print invoices that show previous payments applied to the invoice and the amount remaining as the due amount?

Yes! You can create an invoice layout that displays Credits/Payments and then the balance due. I think I had to create a custom field in WRD. Let me know if you need any help
+16I think this might be a layout issue. We now have in invoice layout that shows Invoice Total as well as Account Balance (which would reflect the partial payment). Otherwise you can send a statement showing the payment and the invoice along with it. I’m sure someone else has a better idea on this, but those are my 2 cents.
