Does anyone know the difference between the Ops Manager assigned to the property vs the Ops Manager assigned to an individual opportunity? Specifically, if the customer logs into their portal, what will they see?
For example, if the property ops manager is Jason but the PHC opportunity has Ryan as the ops manager, will they see Ryan or Jason’s name when viewing an invoice for PHC? Will it be Ryan or Jason that receives notice if the customer submits a request/property issue online?
