As Aspire trigger the opportunity status change by “print proposal” or “email proposal”.
A lot of the situation, estimator or sale rep would like to print proposal for review only!!! Not sent/delivery/propose to the client.
- It is very confusing. When estimator tried to print and review the proposal, but the status changed to “proposed”. if another person reviews this opportunity, they may believe that this proposal had been delivered.
- since the status change, also trigger to have the proposal ready for review on the customer portal. We would request that Aspire developed a better workflow here.
Do you have a better name for the status? Or how do you handle the confusion here? Thanks,
