We have crew leaders who are unable to download the new Aspire Mobile. Both of them have 15 yo phones. Is this a common issue or specific to us? What’s the work around?
Hi Jim,
Aspire Mobile requires iOS 15.8 for apple and V11 for android to be able to be downloaded as listed here. https://care.youraspire.com/en/articles/5625938-aspire-recommended-and-minimum-requirements
They could update to the minimum operating system but with a 15 year old phone that is probably not an option. There is not a work around for downloading a lower version of Aspire Mobile either.
