A lot of our existing maintenance and snow accounts have multiyear contracts. Is anyone familiar with how to set up a 2- or 3-year contract on one contract? As well as adding percentage increase each year or every other during those years on the same contract?
I was told I have to do individual contracts for each year, which doesn't seem efficient!
The contract payment schedule is set on a 12-month basis, which makes it difficult to set up multi-year contracts with annual increases in a single step.
Instead, we structure the contract as a one-year term and renew it annually. Using the bulk renewal feature helps streamline this process.
It did take us some time to get everyone aligned with this approach, but it’s working well now.
