Monitoring Tickets Modified by Change Orders

Wondering how other users monitor tickets that were modified by change orders. From what I see, there isn’t a good way to filter for tickets that were modified by change orders, only tickets that were created by them.

 

We know it’s possible to do this via API, but we were curious if anyone had a way natively in the system to do it.

Yes, there is no easy way to determine whether a change order applies to existing work tickets.

For newly added scope, we ask our estimators and Sales team to select the Separate Work Ticket checkbox. so it can be identified by “Created Date” or “opportunity revision number”.

For removed scope, our team will add a work ticket note to the original ticket explaining the change.
