Hi Ryan - If I am in a seasonal market but use the contract dates of jan-dec so that we can work on tickets in the shoulder seasons, what is the best date to use in the Renewal Report? I want to see the status of all renewal opportunities for all of my 2024 maintenance jobs. Today the date defaults to 12/26/24 and that shows all my 2024 opportunities (start date 1/1/24, end date 12/31/24) with a renewal status of “Lost/Cancelled”. If I change the date to January 4, 2025 (which, in reading the article should show all of my 2025 opportunities since they have a start date of 1/1/25 and an end date of 12/31/25 and all of my 2024 opportunities have had 2025 renewal opportunities created) but the list only has 19 opportunities on it. I can’t figure out why.
