Is there a way for me to send a bulk email to customers while having their replies go to a different email address?

Essentially, I would be the sender, but I'd like customer responses to be directed to a specific email instead of mine.

Thank you!

It depends on where you are bulk emailing from. From the ticket list you can select a specific contact or account owner. But I don't think that's available emailing from the property or opportunity it. Also, you can sign into Aspire as another user and send from that account, if that's what's needed. Hope this helps.

I don't think there is a way to select  different reply to email though. And you can't usually cc others either.

In most cases, outside invoicing, emails are sent by the logged in users email. There isn't a way to identify by a field or workflow that a response would be routed to an address different from the sender.  I would suggest two options:

1) Create a user account with the email address you'd like the responses routed to and send the bulk email using that User acct. Make sure you successfully sync the email address with Aspire to minimize the emails being caught by the receivers spam filter.

2) Send the bulk email from your account but request that the receiver replies by emailing the address you want them to use in the body of the email message.
