Is anyone else unable to open/close months in Aspire right now? (10/28/25)

We are trying to open the month of August (and have tried all other months in 2025 too), and the system will not update he close date no matter what we pick. The confirm message “There are still open invoices in that month or before. Are you sure you want to Close that Month?” pops up as normal, but when you click ‘confirm’, it takes you back to the close month pop-up rather than closing the month. The green save button changes for a split second to ‘Saving’, but then immediately goes back to the way it was before pressing ‘Save’.

Has anyone else experienced this before? Any advice or direction would be appreciated!
