Is there a way to setup the invoicing in aspire to automatically add a fuel surcharge. I see that we can add it individually on an invoice. But it canât be added until after a batch is âcompletedâ which creates its own challenge.

Hello! While there isnât a way to âautomaticallyâ add fuel surcharges, there is a way to do it in bulk at a batch level BEFORE the batch is completed.  đ
Here is the written process:  Invoice Batch screen > select specific batch > select invoices > Bulk Actions > Add Invoice Line Item > for "Adjustment Type" select "Fuel Surcharge" > enter amount or percentage and sales tax.
And check out this Fuel Surcharge "How To" Video (2-minutes), starting at 0:55 for the part where they show how to do it in bulk.
