With this winter starting out strong, we have had a lot of overtime the last few weeks. Manually manipulating the OT with the snow override paycode has been a timesuck. How are you all managing this?

Do you have your snow services set up for your snow paycode? Setting the service for the snow paycode you would need to pay that paycode every time you use that service or put back to if needed when not paying it. It depends on your policy regarding the snow pay.

We set sidewalks up for SNSide and lots up with SNOpr paycodes and then they get the respective $30 and $40 an hour for their time on those tickets (Those whose OT rate is more get that rate instead set in payroll for these two paycodes). Since this is paid at OT rates/premium rates to start with, they still get this rate even if over 40 hours on the week.

Yes, snow services are set up with the snow paycodes. The problem is the OT not calculating automatically when it hits on the snow paycode.
