Email Notification Test Function erroring

We are in the process of setting up emails to send to our customers to confirm completion of some of our turf services, however it’s not allowing me to send the test email to myself to confirm that the formatting of the email came through how I was anticipating. I have tried to choose several different tickets for the test (all the correct service) and have tried several different email addresses to send it to besides my own, and I always get a red error box that pops up telling me that an error was encountered and to try again. Is this happening to anyone else?

Have you confirmed that your email sync is set up properly?

Yes, one of the first things I tried was to resync my email, and that did not help. Also important to note, that all other emails I send through Aspire are going through correctly.
