The route optimization feature appears to now be working improperly.  It will state that the route has been optimized (after choosing the appropriate first/last stop), but every time I tested a route in which I knew what the optimized schedule should be and has been in the past, nothing happens and the route stays in the same incorrect order.

I’ve tried a few of our routes and I too am experiencing the same issue. Have you submitted a ticket on this already?

 


I have not.  I first wanted to see if it was something that only our company was experiencing.  Thanks for providing me with the answer I needed 😀


@lhart ​@acostajb It is a known issue and we are working on the fix to be released in the future. I believe if you refresh the screen the route appears in the optimized order. The issue with is the refresh and not the optimized route workflow. If you submit a ticket to AspireCare they can tie it to the internal ticket we have to keep you updated when it’s corrected and released.
