Has anyone experienced the customer portal link in the invoice email keeps unlinking so the customer can’t use it? This has been an ongoing issues since we going in July and Aspire walks me through the fix but then it happens again. Really embarrassed when customers contact me. This was to be a better software system and I’ve been very disappointed.
