We are looking to utilize Aspire to calculate year-over-year client retention rates. Has anyone done this successfully within the system or are you exporting lists and manipulating in Excel? Aspire claims we can do this using the Contract Renewals Report, but was not able to give any indication of proper set-up or a pre-built list for us to use as a starting point. Any help is appreciated!
