Does anyone know if a change order can be deleted after it’s been won?

I don’t see the option on my end, and I don't know if that is a permission access that will need to be allowed for certain users. Or does Aspire not allow for change orders to be deleted after they are won.

Once a change order has been won, they cannot be un-won.

Under “Things to Know” it says:

  • Once you win a change order, you can't un-win it. To correct a won change order, you'll need to create another change order.

Thanks, I was hoping Aspire had an option to either delete or reset to bidding but maybe that might be something that they could possibly add on later in time.

We will see. Part of change order management is making sure they aren’t won until they’re done. I hate making a CO to fix a CO

Change orders to fix changer orders are the worst. On small jobs we’ll just do one change order for everything at the end of the job instead of multiple as you go to make sure we get it all correct on the invoice and avoid double work.

One issue I was suprised to learn is when you enter a CO into the system the e-signature information on the original opportunity is deleted. This would be another thing I’d like to see changed in the future.
