Does anyone know how to stop a cancelled work ticket from showing in route scheduling? The ticket is 100% cancelled, but continues to be available for scheduling no matter what I’ve tried. Screenshots are from the route scheduling and from the work ticket search.

Thank you! I did manage to see that, but decided to leave it up for the next person. I hope they change that “feature” in the future.
