My company is trying to find ways to improve estimating while the design is in process.

In AutoCAD Refnotes and Plant Schedule, it’s possible to add a cost for each material. It would be a waste of time to input these prices for each plant in each design. (It would be easier to just do it in Aspire once the design is complete.) However, if I could somehow link the Aspire item/kit catalog to AutoCAD, the designers could have access to updated prices as they build the Refnotes/Plant Schedule.

Does anyone know if this is possible? I know that Aspire can talk to other softwares, but I don’t know whether AutoCAD is on that list.

Hi Emily,

Aspire doesn’t have an integration with AutoCAD. We do integrate with PropertyIntel that allows you to create designs from the overhead photos or using AutoCAD exports that would allow you use the existing Aspire Catalog.
